Purchase

Purchasing is through PayPal (note that you don't have to have a PayPal account for this, and can still pay via your credit card).

When we receive your payment, we will immediately email you a registration key to unlock the software. Registered users will get bug fixes and upgrades free of charge right up to the next major release.

Please read the following important note BEFORE purchasing:

 

PLEASE ensure that the email address you provide to PayPal is current and valid, as this is the address to which the registration key will be emailed. Also, please add our domain rightword.com.au to the "whitelist" of your spam filter, if you have one, before ordering.

 

NOTE: If you pay via PayPal and don’t receive a registration code within 24 hours, please check the following:

1) That our email hasn't ended up in your spam filter - this is an increasing problem for us.

2) That PayPal hasn't been provided with an incorrect or out of date email address.

3) You didn't pay by 'e-cheque' - these take a few days to clear.

4) If all else fails, please email us at this specific email address: registration.problem @ rightword.com.au

 

NOTE WELL:

Chapter Master is a relatively new software product and may have flaws.  While we have made every effort to remove bugs and anticipate problems, we STRONGLY recommend that you back up the originals of any audio files you may use the program on.
